Shipping Policy

Our shipments are carried out by Correios throughout the national territory.

Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday during business hours.

Deadline

The delivery time for the products may vary according to the location, the payment method chosen and the availability of the product purchased. The product will be delivered according to the Post Office time.

The buyer can choose to send by Sedex if he wishes to expedite the receipt.

Returns and exchanges

.To cancel a purchase, the customer needs to get in touch by email from Monday to Friday, business hours (9:00 am to 6:00 pm). In case of cancellation, the amount paid for shipping will not be refunded if the product has already been shipped.

The product value will be refunded as soon as the product is delivered. The product must be in good condition.
